About the Journal

Focus and Scope

ICOHES invites submissions of original research and innovative studies across a wide spectrum of health sciences. The scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following topics:

• Nursing: Evidence-based nursing, patient safety, critical care, wound management, and clinical outcomes.

• Midwifery: Neonatal care, reproductive health, pediatric nursing, and family planning.

• Pharmacy: Drug safety, pharmacovigilance, clinical pharmacy, and herbal medicine.

• Physiotherapy: Occupational therapy, rehabilitation, and sports medicine.

• Dental Care: Oral health, preventive dentistry, and community dental services.

• Health Informatics: AI in healthcare, electronic health records, and mHealth.

• Acupuncture: Traditional Chinese medicine, integrative medicine, and holistic health care.

• Biology & Wound Care: Biological sciences, tissue engineering, and advanced wound dressings.

Peer-Review Process

Every submitted abstract and full paper will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest academic standards. Each submission will be independently reviewed by at least two expert reviewers in the relevant field. The review process is managed by the ICOHES Scientific Committee, who will make final publication decisions based on the reviewers' reports and recommendations:

• Accept Submission: The submission is accepted without revisions.

• Revisions Required: The submission is accepted after minor changes are made.

• Resubmit for Review: The submission requires significant changes and will undergo a second round of review.

• Decline Submission: The submission is not accepted for the conference.

Plagiarism Policy

ICOHES is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards. All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using Turnitin software. The maximum allowable similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned to authors for revision or may be rejected.

Conference Fees

• Presenter (On-site): Rp 500,000

• Presenter (Online): Rp 250,000

• General Attendee (On-site): Rp 400,000

• General Attendee (Online): Rp 150,000
